Irrigation Installation Warranty
Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. provides a one or three year warranty on all materials and labor, commencing on the closing date between homeowner and builder. This is dependent upon whether option "A" or "B" is chosen. The closing date is defined as the date in which full payment for the installation has been received.
In the event that a defect in workmanship, parts or materials is reported to Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. by the owner within the applicable period, Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. will correct the defect in workmanship, or will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no cost to the owner. All defective parts, upon replacement, become property of Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc.
This limited warranty is an express warranty limited to the terms and conditions set forth and does not create any implied warranties. This document sets forth all of the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, and no person has any authority to change, modify, amend or misrepresent the written terms hereof. This limited warranty is performable in the County in which the residence of owner is located. This limited warranty shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State in which the residence of owner is located.
Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. shall not be liable for any damage to the irrigation system caused by physical abuse, or by the negligence or intentional actions of Owner or Third persons.
This warranty covers all irrigation system parts from the point of water connection, to all moving and non-moving parts, all related electrical wiring, labor from, and defects in materials or workmanship. All warranties apply provided only Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. maintains the system. Should any other contractor, company, or person(s) tamper with or attempt to service the system in any way this is cause for termination of warranty.
We must strictly enforce this due to the vast majority of so-called landscaping and irrigation companies in this area who are not qualified or certified to install or service irrigation systems. Not to mention many companies are not even carrying company liability or worker compensation policies on their workers, shielding the homeowner from the possibility of being held liable should a worker be injured on the respective homeowner's property. (Always ask for certification).
This limited warranty runs solely from Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. to Owner, and is not transferable.
Maintenance and guarantee as stated above does not include alterations necessitated by relandscaping, addition of trees, fences, re-grading, or the addition and changes in walks, walls, driveways, or the like. Further, maintenance does not include trimming grass around heads or any service required due to the lack of the Owner's maintenance of lawns and plants. It is also expressly understood that the guarantee and maintenance, after final acceptance, does not cover any mechanical damage (breakage) or any repairs or service needed for causes beyond the control of Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. Electrical disruptions caused from lightning, power outages, or any other surges of electrical current are not covered under this warranty. Annual testing of the backflow preventer (where applicable) is not covered.
Irrigation Service Warranty
Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc.'s warranty service repair dispatch policy is to respond within 48 hours to genuine repair situations. True emergency situations are given the highest priority.
Raising and lowering of heads to proper height, adjusting arc and radius, filling trenches that have settled, packing the earth firmly around the heads and quick couplers is considered part of warranty work and shall be done at no charge to Owner for one year after acceptance of system.
Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. extends to Owner all of the warranties and guarantees provided by the manufacturer on all equipment used. Relevant copies of such warranties will be provided to the Owner upon written request.
Payment of balance is due in full upon completion of system installation. All system materials and related installed equipment remain sole property of Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. contractors until payment in full is received.

- $65 Trip Charge
- $55 Per Labor Hour
- $30 per 1/2 Labor hour
Overstream Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc. is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control i.e., excessive water pressure, water hammer, tree roots, rock ledge/boulders in the ground, builders fill and/or debris buried on site.

Transplanted material is not covered under any type of a warranty.
Conditions:
Warranty will cover the replacement using the same size/same value material as initially installed.
This warranty is limited to a one time replacement.
Your claim will be handled once payment for the completed job has been made and your account is current.
Some plants will suffer 'transplant shock' (River Birch, Magnolia, Foster Hollies) and may lose up to 2/3 of their foliage. This may take up to two years for them to recover. Warranties are non-transferable.
